Strongman Showdown

Friday, May 11, 2012, 6 - 8pm
Location: Blake Avenue Lot (as part of Logging Show)

Strongman competitions are held across the United States and around the world and shown on ESPN. Click on the photo at the right to see more Strongman Competition photos.

Some prior year’s strongmen events have been:

• Press Medley including 2 logs, an axle and dumbbell
• Stones. 5 stones ranging from 275 to 400 lbs will be lifted onto a platform that is 54" high.
• Truck Pull, pulling a U.S. Army Humvee
• Tire Flip. Athletes will flip a 900 pound tire 4 times. The fastest time wins!
• Yoke and Farmers Walk
