Parade Participants...Welcome to the 2026 Sequim Irrigation Festival Parade!

We’re excited to have you join us on Saturday, May 9th. The parade will begin promptly at 12:00 PM.

Please refer to the attached lineup for your assigned parade number and staging location. A corresponding

map is also included to help you easily locate your designated spot.

  • Check-In:

Upon arrival, please check in at the registration booth hosted by the Sequim Sunrise Rotarians, located in

front of Key Bank on Dunlap Avenue. You will receive your parade number to display on your entry.

  • Arrival Time:

Unless otherwise instructed (such as for floats), all entries must be in position no later than 11:00 AM.

Check-in will be open from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Float judging will begin at 10:00 AM.


Please note that W. Washington Street will close at 10:00 AM, so plan accordingly to access your

staging area before that time.


A shuttle will be provided by Rocket Transport from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Please note the designated

pick-up and drop-off locations on the map, HERE.


Parade Guidelines:

To ensure a safe and organized event, please review the attached Rules and Regulations document

carefully. All entries must maintain proper spacing throughout the parade and must not EXCEED GAPS

OF MORE THAN 20 FEET between entries.


No throwing of anything, including candy, is permitted.


Adhering to these guidelines will help prevent delays, confusion, or possible disqualification.

This event is made possible by the hard work and dedication of local service clubs and volunteers. We

appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a fun, safe, and successful parade for everyone.
