The Logging Show started in 1988 when the Annual Sequim Irrigation Demolition Derby ended. Lifelong residents, Kevin Kennedy and Dave Bekkevar, came up with the idea to have a major event that consisted of traditional contests played by loggers.

Now in its 25th year, the Logging Show has grown to be a spectacular event that people from all over the Northwest look forward to attending. The show is rated as best 1 day long show in the Northwest and is entertaining folks of all ages.

Chainsaw carving demonstrations have been a mainstay of the Logging Show for many years. You can see some pictures of the carvers in action in the photo gallery.
