The Irrigation Festival Kickoff Dinner marks the beginning for much of the festival. It introduces 2014 festival dignitaries and 2014 Royalty that were selected on March 1, 2014. It was the first chance to view this year’s festival lapel pin and have a chance to bid on numbered festival pins and other festival merchandise.

The Kickoff Dinner was also a major fund raising event for the festival. Festival pins, festival merchandise, great donations offered by local businesses were offered for auction. It doesn’t take a lot of money to help the festival. We hope you had a chance to come join the fun with live entertainment, good food and great people.

The theme for this year’s festival is "Mountains to Sea...A Pristine Place to Be".

  • Introduced the Royalty which were selected on March 1, 2014
  • Introduced the Grand Marshal, Grand Pioneers and Honorary Pioneers for 2014
  • Met the artists who designed the festival lapel pin logo and the festival button
  • Joined in the live auction of festival merchandise
  • Bid on items in the silent auction
