The Irrigation Festival Kickoff Dinner marks the beginning for much of the festival. It introduced 2013 festival dignitaries and 2013 Royalty that were selected on January 26, 2013. It was the first chance to view this year’s festival lapel pin and have a chance to bid on numbered festival pins and other festival merchandise.
The Kickoff Dinner is also a major fund raising event for the festival. Festival pins, festival merchandise, great donations offered by local businesses were offered for auction. It doesn’t take a lot of money to help the festival. We hope you had a chance to come join the fun with live entertainment, good food and great people.
The theme for this year’s festival is "Dancing through the Valley". We celebrated andhad fun at this year’s Kickoff Dinner.

- Introduced the Grand Marshal, Grand Pioneers and Honorary Pioneers for 2013
- Met the artists who designed the festival lapel pin logo and the festival button
- Joined in the live auction of festival merchandise
- Bid on items in the silent auction
