The cars filed into the Walmart parking lot as the parade concluded. Cars from all over the Pacific Northwest, including Canada, participated. Cars were judged with the following elements in mind:

  • First impression - WOW factor! Bold, Subtle, Can't take your eyes off the car, etc.
  • Paint - Clean, Sharp, Reflective
  • Stance - Looks good stopped
  • Wheels - Clean, good tires, good fit for car image
  • Interior - Clean, finished, percentage finished
  • Engine Compartment - Clean, neat

Award Categories

There were plenty of awards this year, including the "people's choice" for the best of show, raffle prizes, and shuttle service to the parade. Categories and winners for awards given are listed below.

  • Best Street Rod Roadster - No Entries
  • Best Street Rod Sedan/Coupe - John & Sandy Stephens

  • Best 1947 and Older Pickup/Truck - No Entries
  • Best 1948 and Newer Pickup/Truck - Gary Little
  • Best Rat Rod - Richard James
  • Best Muscle Car - Ed Orbea
  • Best Pony Car - George Esquiro
  • Best Corvette - Dennis Stone
  • Best Custom Car - Dan and Cathy Lowrey
  • Best 1919 and Older - Richard Ward
  • Best 1920 thru 1929 - Jerry & Alene Grant
  • Best 1930 thru 1939 - Era Higday
  • Best 1940 thru 1949 - Ronald Campbell
  • Best 1950 thru 1959 - Dave Murphy
  • Best 1960 thru 1969 - Orville Nail
  • Best 1970 thru 1979 - Kevin Tracey
  • Best 1980 thru Present Car - Coupe Connection
